Excited

Well I'm going to visit Tucson and very excited. I miss my family and friends so much. I wish I could see everyone when I go down but I don't have enough time. While I'm down there I'm going to get my hair cut because I'm getting tired of my long hair and it's really hot. I'm gonna take a picture and post it when I get home. Kaylee is starting to play with her feet more often and is very ticklish. I can tickle her chest and she laughs really hard.

to my surprise

Yesterday I layed Kaylee down on her little play gym, went to my sewing machine and made Kaylee a headband for her new outfit, well while I was getting the headband together I herd some noise coming from the gym so I go over and Kaylee is playing with the toys that are hanging down. She's never done that before and I thought it was really cute so I had to video tape it.

Sleeping in the crib

Last night was the first night Kaylee slept in the crib, she did very well. she went to sleep around 8:30 than woke up around 3:30 so it was about 7 hours which is great she got to sleep tonight around 11:30 so I'm hoping she don't wake until 6 or 7 which would be awesome. I'm looking forward to the trip to Tucson next weekend for Lacy's birthday and to visit my family. I miss them so much and wish they could see Kaylee growing up but that's what cameras are for I guess. Work has slowed down a lot for Spencer since the tax season is up for now. All he works on now are the ones that have been extended. He's a great dad and husband. He takes great care of this family and I'm very proud of him. I Love him and Kaylee so much. I went over to my in-laws house this evening and took over the outfit I made for Kaylee to see if my Mother In-Law could fix the collar and she did. She also changed the lace and added 2 bows on it. I'm gonna need to get it washed before I put it on her to wear to get the markings off the fabric. Kaylee can scoot on her belly now but she gets frustrated because she can't get her arms out from underneath her body, I think it's funny but sad at the same time.


Kaylee loves looking at the tv when it's on, I try to turn on PBS at times for her to watch Curious George or Clifford The Big Red Dog when I don't wanna watch what's on the tv.

weekend

The Weekend was great, Spencer finished his work week with 55 hours and has only 2 more days until he gets a break in a monster load of taxes to do. We went to a friend's wedding reception and ran into a few friend's there from Tucson that's including his sister in-laws. We had a good time seeing old friends, and our 2nd counselor from 4th Ward. Church was really enjoyable a very spiritual. After church Spencer's mom ended up coming and spent some time here with us. I'm almost done making Kaylee's outfit just need to put on the zipper and the collar than I'll be set. Kaylee is getting bigger by the minute and is always laughing.

She's getting big

Kaylee is now 3 months old and is getting bigger by the minute. She's starting to learn how to sit on her own and loves looking at herself in the mirror. She also loves the camera, she smiles every time she sees it. here is an adorable video from my new camera.
