Well the last week or 2 I haven't really lost anything and I think I finally figured out why. I'm not eating enough calories to meet my goal. I joined MY Fitness Pal and realized today that I was under 805 calories. I'm like holy cow no wonder I'm feeling hungry, because if you eat less than 1200 calories you're basically starving your body. I'm definitely eating better tomorrow (not that what i was eating was bad). I'm still getting in my exercising which makes me feel better after I do it.
